Agree a suitable suite, provider menu, scoped marketing support and the economics of serving members. Demand is not guaranteed.
Equity, rent and service payments.
The owner’s target of 20% strategic equity is negotiated where appropriate. Clinic ownership, compensation and any referral arrangement need separate specialist review.
Graduate into your own storefront.
Agree milestones for margin, retention, cash reserves and readiness. XV keeps the agreed relationship and a new founder can enter the released suite.
